AGE : 25YRS
SEX : MALE
OCCUPATION : WORKER

C/C : PATIENT came with growth on the left hand (forearm) near wrist joint .

Patient : Sir I had this growth from many days and I want to take treatment of it .

[ Sadness seen on his face while saying the complaint ]

Doctor : Since how many days you are suffering with it ?

Pt : last 3 month it is there ..

Dr : what treatment you had taken for it till now ??

Pt : Sir I went to skin specialist they given me some medicine to apply on it and oral medication for a month and so on but it is of no use .

Dr : How it troubles you ?

Pt : Its not looking good , I don't have any pain , itching , its just growth .

Dr : Any stress due to it ?

Pt : I only think that if in future it will spread then what will happen . If it appear to whole body then what will happen .

Dr : more ??

Pt : I do not have any problem with growth .

Pt : No doc nothing more ..
