SEX : MALE
MARITAL STATUS : MARRIED
OCCUPATION : WORKER


It's a case of wart around the mouth ,

Patient had visited for the growth which is located around the mouth (chin area)

Dr : From how many days it is present ??

Patient : Its Almost 4 months .

Dr : Is it painful or painless ??

Pt : Its painless .

Dr : Does it itch when u touch ?

Pt : No doctor , no itching .

Dr : What treatment u had done for this in the past ?

Pt : No any specific treatment tried .

Dr : Then how you are managing the erruption or growth ??

Pt : I tried to cut it but again it grow in size , sometime during shaving it accidently got cut but in vein .. No improvement it again grow .

Dr : Anything more ?

Pt : I also tried mixing lemon juice and chunna .. But nothing significant .

Dr : Now why u came to take homoeopathic treatment . ?

Pt : Someone suggested me that in homoeopathic there are good medicine for this type of erruption so I had come to you

Pt : Its not look good , when ever I saw mirror it looks bad , I feel bad too .

Typhoid fever suffered 6 months back

FAMILY HISTORY
Father & Mother : No major complaints

PERSONAL HISTORY

DIET : Mixed
APPETITE : Normal
THIRST : Thirsty
SLEEP : Good , no disturbance
DREAM : Not remebering
DESIRE : Not specific
AVERSION : Potato
MICTURATION : 2-3 daytime & 1-2 times in night
STOOL : Normal

THERMAL : Hot Patient .

REMEDY PRESCRIBED IN 30C POTENCY 3 DOSE AND SL FOR 15 DAYS .

AFTER 15 DAYS SLIGHT REDUCTION IN SIZE OF WARTS SEEN .

I RAISED THE POTENCY TO 200C 3 DOSE AND SL FOR 15 DAYS .

AFTER 1 MONTHS HE VISITED AND THE WART IS COMPLETELY GONE .

NOW HE STARTED TREATMENT FOR OTHER COMPLAINTS AND HE IS HAPPY TOO .

    1. It's not In 30 , remedy is prescribed in 30c potency , and remedy which I prescribed is Thuja , thanks for yours Queries sir
