So considering these everything which are capable of medicinal effect should be avoided or removed from DIET N REGIMEN during the course.of treatment .

So that , the small dose should not be affected by any forigen Medical irritant .
Such foreign irritant acts as a obstacle to cure .

During case taking of chronic cases , knowledge about diet n regimen of patient is useful because in chronic disease
The diet which contains medicinal properties can alter the dose of homoeopathic ... By controlling these we can avoid the maintaining cause of disease and disease can be controlled easily


Things to avoided


1) Liquor should be avoided , in day to day life its like a fashion that liquor is necessary but if u taking homoeopathic medicine .. You should be away from it.

2) Coffee ☕ , tea or herbal tea should be avoided as much as possible .

3) Perfumes , scents , strong smelling flower etc should not be used

4) Spicy dishes which made from spices , vegetables which contains medicinal properties to be avoided , onions garlic etc

5) To much food , excess salt intake , excess sugar or sweets intake must be taken care of

6) To much of exercise should not be done , sedentary life in closed room should be avoided

7) Proper sleeping pattern should be adopted . Late night watching should be stop .

8) Do not suppress the sexual feelings in married patient

9) Anger , grief ,overthing , should be avoided

These are the basic things which should be kept in mind in treating chronic disease and should be avoided during the course of treatment .


DIET AND REGIMEN IN ACUTE DISEASE


In Acute disease , the cause n modalities is well aware by the patient n the physician .
So during case taking of acute disease , cause , modalities should be elicited so to help the patient .


1) Physician should guide patient to provide those  things which patient thinks will  relieve his suffering.


2) In Acute disease patients craving and desire should be moniter . If craving substance is non medical then it can be taken but if its medicinal then it should be avoided .


3) The physicans should guide the attender or friends that patient must be kept free from any mental pressure , tension , emotional problem ..etc


So , Diet and Regimen also plays an important role in treatment with homoeopathy , so that mantaining cause should be removed and proper healing of patient is done in shorter period of time .
